Ramsey born and bred Neil Wilson has a career spanning 20 years. Starting as a pot washer at the Four Seasons at aged 13, he worked his way solidly to his first head chef position at the age of 25 at the Fitzroy River Lodge.

Throughout the years his career has spanned continents, seeing him working on the shores of Australia to the islands of Canada he’s owned and operated his own business in Wales, Rarebit Cafe, a community based project that saw him working to feed the homeless through the first lockdown in 2020. Having now returned to the island to settle down closer to family, he’s excited to see what his experiences can bring to the table here at Milntown.
